Pairing of single persons into a 2 or 4 person cabin is not the responsibility of Beso del Sol Dance Cruise customer service.*
Booking Details: Payment Plans AVAILABLE starting in May 2026 and will end in November 2026! 1st Payment is a nonrefundable deposit toward your cabin. This is required for each person to reserve their spot if not paying in full. Passport needs to be 6 months or more valid prior to June 19, 2027. If you are paying for more than yourself when you book, please provide FirstName, LastName, and Email of others in your party. A passport or birth certificate will be needed by the travel agency when booking and when you board the ship. Any onboard expenses not pre-paid, like shore excursions, bar beverages, soft drinks, specialty dining, casino, phone calls, kids club fees, photographs, and any items you may choose to purchase not specifically stated are not included in your cruising price.
Payment Plans: Payment Plans available in 9 payments SOON if starting in May 2026: Your first payment in the payment plan is nonrefundable. Payments Plans are no longer available on December 1, 2026. The travel agency will have all payment totals when making the reservation. Cabins on payment plans are reserved, but assignment of cabin will not be received until final payment. Payment Plans NO LONGER Available as of Dec 1, 2026! Full Price Payment Below on Ticket Tailor or call/text/email (813) 845-8276 / besodancecruise@gmail.com to BOOK DIRECT WITH TRAVEL AGENT.
Refund Policy: 1st payment deposit is nonrefundable on payment plans. After January 1, 2027 only 50% is refundable not including the 1st payment deposit. After February 1, 2027 there are no refunds for all options.
Disclaimer: Participation in the Beso del Sol Dance Cruise 2027 will be validated at check-in once you board the ship. You will receive a custom wristband that will provide you access to our Workshops, Pool Parties, Beach Party, and Night Parties. If you are not registered in our system, you will not be provided access to our activities. We will decide on the ship if we will provide access to cruisers that are not part of our travel group. If we do decide to provide access and you are one of these cruisers that didn't happen to know about the dance cruise, be prepared to pay upwards of $300 or more to join us.
Veterans/First Responders (Nurses (LPN or Higher)/Doctors/US Military/Police/Certified Teachers (K1-12/College) get 10% OFF. Must share proof of status. Offer valid when paid in full only.
